They always removed their shoes and laid out plastic and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Most of the crews I have had - their language was worse than that of a sailor. Your guys were perfect gentlemen. They also did not whine and complain and they did not slack off once. “Day 1 of Spring Break- we had service scheduled for our central heating unit. Our gas bill was high last month. So I saved the bill to show the guy. He checked everything. He wouldn't stop looking. Then he realized we had a slow gas leak from our gas logs. He discovered high levels of carbon monoxide. He asked did we have a carbon monoxide alert? O_O yes but it was beeping so I took the battery out! Moral to the story...don't take the battery out! We are getting everything fixed! Huge shout out to Dusty Wynn and Southern Heating and Cooling! Could have ended very differently! ”

“I called this company this morning to clean the coils on my HVAC unit. Everyone I spoke with at the company from scheduling (Linda) to the service tech (Joey) were so knowledgeable and professional. They fit me in (due to my schedule) and the service tech explained everything he was doing. He even went out of his way to replace a breaker so the unit would work property. He stayed at the home to make sure it was blowing cold air and was genuinely appreciative for the business. It has been a long time since I have dealt with a company with the awesome service attitude such as this. I will be proud to recommend this business to everyone I know. “I work at the Greater Huntsville Humane Society and our heat recently went out. The dogs were freezing despite us providing them blankets and putting heaters in the kennel. We called Southern Heating and Cooling on 1/2/18 asking them to come and help us. The receptionist stated they were extremely busy but they would try. She called me an hour later stating they would be able to come but it might be after 5. I told her I'd stay as long as it took because these dogs needed heat. Joey Gilbert came around 5:15 and stayed until about 7pm doing all he could to fix our heat AND HE DID! He was extremely extremely courteous and smiling the entire time despite him having to go to his truck several times in the frigid weather. We will continue to use them for future business, thanks again!”

“I've had two units installed by Southern Heating and Cooling and both times I was thoroughly pleased with the excellent service. The employee I dealt with most this last time was Joey and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with financing, installation, and servicing the unit.
